This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department in reference to a criminal damage that occurred on April 15^th, 2025, just after 3:00 am at Lucky Lady Laundry located at 1056 E Stanford in Springfield.  A white male suspect was loitering outside the business before throwing a chair which broke out a window causing over $2,000 in damage.  The suspect then walked off heading east.  The suspect was wearing a black, possibly leather jacket, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.   Images of the individual can be found on this website, cashfortips.us. This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department in reference to a burglary and criminal damage that occurred on April 6^th, 2025, around 1:00 am at Long John Silvers located at 2929 S. Dirksen Parkway in Springfield.  A white male suspect used a piece of concrete to break out a window in order to gain entry to the business causing over $900 in damage.  Once inside the suspect rummaged through the business before leaving back out through the window.   Images of the individual can be found on this website, cashfortips.us. This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department in reference to a criminal damage case.  On March 27^th, 2025, officers were called to the Wyndam Hotel, 700 E Adams around 7am for a criminal damage report.  Officers were told about someone causing severe damage to the building.  At that time an unknown suspect had cut a main water pipe, torn out electrical units and damaged the computer system that controls the operations of the building.   Additionally, all the elevators were damaged as well.  The damage done was so significant that the hotel had to be closed.  Crime Stoppers is asking for your help with any information about this case.  If you know anything about this incident or can identify those responsible, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 217-788-8427, submit a tip on this website, or use the P3 app. CRIME STOPPERS WILL PAY $4,000 FOR ANY INFORMATION THAT LEADS TO AN ARREST IN THIS CASE.   Remember Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name.

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department in identifying a suspect in reference to a burglary and theft that happened on March 9th, 2025, around 4am at Veterans Grocery and Tobacco, 1050 W North Grand in Springfield.  Officers responded to an alarm from the business and when they arrived they observed the rear door of the business had been forced open.  Surveillance video a male suspect wearing a black hoodie, pants and a mask as well as black shoes with white striping on the bottom.  The suspect fled the scene was able to flee the scene prior to police arrival but not before getting away with several hundred dollars in case as well as several cartons of cigarettes.  Images of the individual can be found on this website, cashfortips.us.
