This week Crime Stoppers is seeking to assist the Springfield Police Department to identify a suspect in reference to a burglary and theft that occurred on two different occasion’s on October 22nd and November 4th at Abelardos Mexican Restaurant located at 1610 W Jefferson, in Springfield.  Both times a male suspect is seen arriving in a white sedan in the early morning hours.  The male suspect, using bolt cutters, breaks into a detached freezer stealing over a thousand dollars’ worth of meat.  Photos of the individual(s) can be found on this website, cashfortips.us. Theft Of Wallets

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to help identify two suspects involved in the thefts of two wallets from Hy-Vee and Schnucks on November 7th.  Between 11:30am and 2:30pm the suspects stole the wallets from separate victims and then used the victim’s credit cards to purchase thousands of dollars in gift cards at Sam’s Club.  During the incidents, the female suspect would distract the victim while the male suspect stole the wallets.  The suspects changed clothes between the incidents and photos of them can be viewed on this website, Cashfortips.US.  If you can identify these suspects or have information about any other crime, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 217-788-8427, submit a tip on this website or use the P3 app on any mobile device.  If your tip results in an arrest you could receive a cash reward up to $2500.  Remember Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name.

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a burglary and theft to a construction trailer at Blackhawk School located at 2500 S. This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about three Armed Robberies that occurred on Wednesday, September 8th between 1038-1135pm.  The locations of the robberies were Jiffy Stop at 3300 Clearlake(10:38pm), Jiffy Stop at 3062 Stevenson Dr.(11:18pm) and Thornton’s at 3001 W. Criminal Damage at Southwind Park

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Southern View Police Department with a Deceptive Practices case from Saturday, June 12th at 8:07pm at Walgreens, 2945 S. 6th St.  In this incident, five suspects entered the store and conducted a gift card reload scam with a total theft close to $6,000.00.  The suspects were a heavy set black female in a white shirt with pony tail, black female in orange shirt and shorts with red hair, black male in dark t-shirt, bald with sunglasses, black male with a black dew rag and white t-shirt and a black male in a white t-shirt and long black shorts.  Photos of the suspects can be seen on this website, Cashfortips.US.  If you can identify any of the suspects, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 217-788-8427, submit a tip on this website or use the P3 app.  We pay cash if an arrest is made and remember, Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name.
