2018 Trivia Night Results

Thanks to everyone for making our 9th annual trivia night a spectacular event. The sponsors, volunteers and especially you the attendees all came together to make it an amazing experience and we're already starting to plan the next one!  While you're looking over your results for this year, don't forget to pencil us in for next year, Feb. 2nd 2019, we'll do it even bigger and hope to see you and all your friends there.

Burglaries to Homes and Vehicles

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking tips about several burglaries in the 1100-1200 block of W. Vine, from Jan 29th thru Feb 13th, between 6:30 and 9:00PM.  In one of the burglaries an unknown male subject, wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt, black coat and jeans, riding a bike, entered an open garage and exited after approximately two minutes.  The suspect appears to be targeting unlocked vehicles and open garages.   If you have any tips about these burglaries, please anonymously call Crime Stoppers at 788-8427, or use our website, cashfortips.us, or text us by typing TIP672, then your message and send to CRIMES. Armed Robbery to a Business

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking tips about an armed robbery at Natures Select Dog Food Store at 540 W Monroe, on Jan 28th at 3:30p. In this case a B/M, 6’0-6’2, around 150lbs, wearing a light grey hooded sweatshirt, matching sweat pants and wearing a black stocking around his face, brandished a box cutter and demanded money. The suspect then fled on foot N/W towards Springfield High school. Armed Robbery of Person

  This week Crime Stoppers is seeking tips about an armed robbery of a person at 2652 S 10th on Feb 7th around 1a.m. In this case a B/M about 6’2, 150-170 lbs, in his 20s, wearing a black hooded jacket, approached the victim in her driveway, punched the victim in the face and then took money from her pockets, while holding a silver knife. The suspect fled north from the area.
