This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department in identifying a suspect reference to a theft.  On May 7th, 2024, around 8:30 pm the victim arrived at Lucky Lady Laundry, 1056 E Stanford, and parked near the front door of the business.  The victim began making several trips taking laundry into the business.   While inside, the suspect approaches the victim’s vehicle, opens a door and takes a Michael Kors purse from inside the vehicle.  Inside the purse was a Michael Kors wallet, bank cards and an I-Phone all totaling more than $1300.00.   The suspect was described as a black male wearing a hooded black sweat shirt and black jogger style sweat pants.  Images of the suspect can be found on this website, cashfortips.us.
