This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about an Armed Robbery at US Bank located at 800 E. North Grand Ave. on Friday, April 8th at 4:02pm.  A black male, approximately 50yrs. with dark complexion and gray facial hair wearing dark colored jeans, a black hoody with the hood up and black face mask entered the bank and displayed a black handgun.  The suspect demanded money from the teller and fled south from the bank on foot after the robbery.  Photos of the suspect can be viewed on this website, Cashfortips.US.  If you can identify the suspect call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 217-788-8427, submit a tip on this website or use the P3 app.  If your tip results in an arrest you could receive a cash reward up to $2500.  Remember Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name.

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a Fraud and Theft case.  On March 25th and 26th an unknown white female cashed multiple stolen checks (stolen out of Jefferson City, Missouri) at Heartland Credit Union branches in Springfield using a stolen driver’s license from a vehicle burglary at Southwind Park on March 17th.  The white female suspect from the bank was driving a dark colored sedan and the suspect from the vehicle burglary at Southwind Park was a black male in a red Mazda sedan. This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a Robbery that occurred on Thursday, March 24th at 1:00pm at Dollar General located at 930 W. This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a Deceptive Practices case from Saturday, February 5th at 6:05pm at Walgreens located at 2625 Stevenson Dr.  In this incident, two suspects entered the store and conducted a gift card reload scam with a total theft close to $6,700.00.  The suspects were a heavy set black female in a purple fleece pull over and white camo pants and a black male in a gray hooded sweatshirt with braided hair.  Photos of the suspects can be viewed on this website, Cashfortips.US.  If you can identify either of the suspects, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 217-788-8427, submit a tip on this website or use the P3 app.  We pay cash if an arrest is made and remember, Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name.
