This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a Vehicular Invasion and Robbery that occurred on Tuesday, May 3rd at 4:47am at Walmart located at 2760 N. Dirksen Pkwy.  In this incident a black male suspect approached a female victim while she was getting into her vehicle.  He then forcefully held down the victim inside her vehicle while taking her lunch bag.  The suspect was described as 6ft. tall, dark skin tone wearing a gray sweatshirt, dark pants and white shoes.  After the robbery he fled southbound in a red Ford Focus and photos of that vehicle can be viewed on this website, Cashfortips.US.  If you have information about this crime call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 217-788-8427 or submit a tip on this website.  If your tip results in an arrest you could receive a cash reward up to $2500.  Remember Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name.

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about an Armed Robbery at US Bank located at 800 E. This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a Fraud and Theft case.  On March 25th and 26th an unknown white female cashed multiple stolen checks (stolen out of Jefferson City, Missouri) at Heartland Credit Union branches in Springfield using a stolen driver’s license from a vehicle burglary at Southwind Park on March 17th.  The white female suspect from the bank was driving a dark colored sedan and the suspect from the vehicle burglary at Southwind Park was a black male in a red Mazda sedan.
