This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Sangamon County Sheriff’s Office reference two felony criminal damage cases in Springfield. The first incident occurred on March 10^th 2023 in the 3700 block of Camp Butler RD. The second incident occurred between March 14^th and 15^th at the CWLP sub station located at 3600 Ridgley RD. In both incidents, a large amount of fiber optic wire was damaged causing approximately $55,000 in damage collectively between both incidents.
