This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department in identifying suspects reference to a retail theft and aggravated robbery.  On December 22^nd 2024, officers responded to Cloud 9 Vape’s (1933 Sangamon) in reference to a theft.  Around 6pm two black male suspects, around 20 years old, entered the store and approached an employee.  One suspect was distracting the employee while another was trying to steal from the store.  When the employee went to confront him, he implied he had a gun in his waistband.  Images of the individuals can be found on this website, cashfortips.us.
