This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department in identifying a suspect reference to criminal damage that happened on February 19th, 2024, around 4 am at Qik –N-EZ, 430 E North Grand. The suspect, who appears to be a male wearing a black jacket and jeans, was playing a slot machine and after he was done punched the screen prior to leaving. The damage to the machine was approximately $1,000.00. Images of the individual can be found on this website, cashfortips.us. Armed Robbery to a Business

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking tips about an armed robbery at Natures Select Dog Food Store at 540 W Monroe, on Jan 28th at 3:30p. In this case a B/M, 6’0-6’2, around 150lbs, wearing a light grey hooded sweatshirt, matching sweat pants and wearing a black stocking around his face, brandished a box cutter and demanded money. The suspect then fled on foot N/W towards Springfield High school. This week Crime Stoppers is seeking tips about an armed robbery of a person at 2652 S 10th on Feb 7th around 1a.m. In this case a B/M about 6’2, 150-170 lbs, in his 20s, wearing a black hooded jacket, approached the victim in her driveway, punched the victim in the face and then took money from her pockets, while holding a silver knife. The suspect fled north from the area.
