2018 Trivia Night Results

Thanks to everyone for making our 9th annual trivia night a spectacular event. The sponsors, volunteers and especially you the attendees all came together to make it an amazing experience and we're already starting to plan the next one!  While you're looking over your results for this year, don't forget to pencil us in for next year, Feb. 2nd 2019, we'll do it even bigger and hope to see you and all your friends there.

Armed Robbery to Business

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a shooting incident that occurred on Sunday, April 11th at 12:07pm at Lucky Lady Laundry, located at 1056 E. This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a shooting incident which took place at 2:22 am on Friday, March 26th in the area of Lexington Dr. and Concord Dr. in Springfield.  Witnesses reported hearing multiple shots fired and seeing a gray SUV and small dark vehicle whose occupants were firing shots at each other.  Moments later witnesses report seeing the vehicles shooting at each other in the area of Westchester Blvd. and Gaines Mill Rd.  The gray SUV was last seen west bound on Westchester Blvd. and the small dark vehicle left north bound on Gaines Mill Rd.  One apartment in the area of Lexington and Concord was struck by gunfire and shell casings were located in the intersection.  If you have information about this incident, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 217-788-8427, submit a tip on this website, Cashfortips.US or use the P3 app on any mobile device.  If an arrest is made based on your tip, you could receive a cash reward up to 2500 dollars.  Remember Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name.

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Sangamon County Sheriff’s Department with the theft of an enclosed trailer.  Between 7pm on Thursday, April 8th and 8am on Friday, April 9th, an all-black, 29 foot long V-nose, NEO brand enclosed trailer with chrome wheels and Iowa registration was stolen from 751 North Oak Road in Rochester, IL.  The suspect is believed to have left north bound on Oak Road after the theft.
